EXTRA VEHICLES/TRAILERS:  

** Please note – Extra vehicles (more than 2) and  ancillary trailers are not allowed in campsites and must be parked in overflow parking $.  This includes, but is not limited to:  tow car trailers, boats/boat trailers and motorcycle trailers.

The Cedars RV Resort reserves the right to change site assignment, if necessary.

Lock Fee/Deposits/Cancellations

 

A $35.00 lock fee will guarantee your site selection.

Payments are expected in full at the time of booking for all reservation made within 30 days of the reservation date and for holiday/premium date reservations.  

Deposits are allowed for reservations that are more than 30 days of booking date. 

  • Daily reservation’s deposit is a 1-night stay.
  • Weekly reservation’s deposit is $200.00
  • Monthly reservation’s see below.

All regular daily and weekly reservations (excluding long weekends) carry a 14-day cancellation policy. Credit cards will be processed at time of booking.

  • Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the reservation, will result in a full refund minus the $20 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of a non-holiday/premium  dates reservation, will result in a one-night fee withheld and the balance will be refunded. 
  • Failure to arrive on reservation day will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation, and no refunds will be given.
  • No refunds on Holiday/Premium Dates/Long weekend cancellations.
  • Sorry, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

Monthly Stays

  • $200.00 deposit is required for all monthly reservations September – March (Refundable with 30 day or more notice, less a $75.00 Cancellation fee).
  • Monthly reservations made for the Spring & Summer seasons, requires payment for the first month at the time of booking (Refundable with a 30-day or more notice, less a $250.00 Cancellation fee)
